Methodology: Counts are of register entries exactly as each regulator published them on the retrieval date shown beside that register's name. recordCount for a jurisdiction is the HOME-authorised set - the firms that jurisdiction's own authority authorised - and never the passported union: under MiCA nearly every firm passports everywhere, so the home set is what differs from page to page. availableCount adds firms passported in, where the register records passporting; the single-regime registers (New York, Dubai, Bermuda, Switzerland) record none, so for those jurisdictions the two counts are equal. A scope counts home-authorised firms notified for that service under that jurisdiction's own regime; a service phrase no register vocabulary names is refused at projection rather than dropped, so no authorisation is silently missing from a page. Nothing here is computed by us: every figure is a count of published rows.
